How are the Knives Shipped?
All my knives are shipped within 3 business days via UPS and are shipped without insurance. Currently I can only ship to domestic USA and Canada.
If you would like expedited shipping, or insurance please note at the time of purchase. This will affect the final shipping price.
D Squared Knives assumes no liability for packages stolen, lost, or damaged after the label is processed.
With that being said if that event arises, please contact me personally to try and work out a solution.

How do I properly maintain a D Squared Knife?
All of my knives are sent with a QR code that will take you to a video where I explain in depth maintenance. In short apply oil to the blade frequently and never put the knife away wet. Naturally the blade will patina and change color, this is not harmful for the blade. If the blade does take on some rust use some 0000-steel wool or Flits polishing paste.

What if the edge dulls?
All my knives come with a lifetime warranty on the edge. So, if the blade ever experiences dulling or rolling you are able to send it back to me for a free resharpening. All you have to do is cover the cost of shipping.

What materials can be used in handles?
There are a variety of handle materials out there ranging from Mammoth molar or Rams horn to Vietnamese Rose wood or Cherry wood. If you have a special request for a custom knife, I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.

What to do if the blade is damaged?
If your blade sustains any type of damage or catastrophic failure, please do not hesitate to contact me personally. All my knives are sent with a phone # you can use to get into contact with me.
